JPEPL Vacuum Disc Filters are high-capacity continuous filtration systems designed to deliver maximum filtration efficiency while minimizing floor space requirements. Featuring an advanced centre barrel design with external flow tubes, they provide improved filtrate removal, lower cake moisture, and enhanced blowback performance for efficient cake discharge.

JPEPL’s high capacity vacuum disc filters offer exceptionally large filtration area per unit area of floor space and provide the latest innovations in disc filter centre barrel design. The centre barrel design with external flow tubes allows JPEPL vacuum disc filter systems to increase filtrate removal, reduce wear on each flow tube, and provide a stronger, more efficient snap blow. JPEPL disc filters are available with discs 4 m in diameter and up to 16 discs and are built to customer specifications.
