JPEPL designs and manufactures modular automated Flocculant Preparation & Dosing Systems. These systems are custom designed for each application based on customer requirements. They mix bagged dry flocculant powder with process water to produce a flocculant solution of the desired strength for dosing the Thickeners/Clarifiers and Filters to improve settling and filtering.
The flocculant plant size offered ranges from 0.5 kg/h to 100 kg/h and, depending on customer requirements, can be of even higher capacity. For capacities ranging from 0.5 to 5 kg/hr, JPEPL offers Compact System. For higher capacities skid mounted Modular System is offered.
System Description
The Flocculant Preparation and Dosing System is normally supplied as a skid-mounted assembly and is designed to periodically draw the predetermined quantity of flocculant powder from the hopper and prepare a homogenous solution at an intermediate concentration and dilute it ‘on-line’ to the final concentration. The preparation system is completely automated. The final online dilution and dosage from pump is controlled as per requirement
